Lift Your Spirit, LLC (LYS) is a psycho-spiritual holistic wellness company established in 2021, founded by Ms. Ayasha Roberson. LYS is designed to help you with your emotional and physical healthcare needs from a psycho-spiritual and wellness perspective, so you can live an emotionally balanced and highly functional lifestyle. Lift Your Spirit works with children and adults, starting at ages 11 and up.

All of our sessions are held in-person, either at our Bloomfield or Summit locations in New Jersey. All potential clients will have an intake session scheduled prior to starting ongoing healing services with us. We are a fee-for-service company, so we currently do not accept any commercialized healthcare insurances.
